For irrigation systems, generally a few feet from your water meter in an underground service box
Quick answer, you got a letter from the city to have it tested
Irrigation, pools, restaurants/kitchens, hospitals, fire sprinkler systems**
**We do not currently provide services to test fire sprinkler systems
