Appointment Preparation
Help your testing team, if booking a Backflow Test, by providing your CCN (number on your city letter) in the comments section of your online booking.
Should we arrive at your residence and cannot complete your test due to the current condition of the valve, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A $50 CHARGE. Should this issue arise, you will be informed of why testing cannot be completed, and your next steps in resolution.

Online Booking Notes
- Your booking slot is only for one backflow device, if you need to book multiple devices for a residence or business, please book your appointment and then contact us via phone or email.
- You will receive a call or text when we are enroute to your residence. We strive to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. You will be notified of any early or late arrivals.
- Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours before the time you are requesting service.
- Once booked, please allow our staff time to review your request and approve your appointment.
- If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you directly.
